I was surprised to see you repeating the myth that pomegranates have 613 seeds ( 4 Reasons to Eat (or Drink) Pomegranates Tip of the Day 12/29/2009 ). I was attracted to this this story too, when I first encountered it, but it has no basis in fact. Just count them a few times and you'll see that there is a wide variety in # and it can vary by very large numbers. My experience says 613 is way off the average even. I hope the rest of your tips have better research.

Hello Caleb
I have not counted the seeds and we will triple check that information (but probably not count the seeds in a pomagranate today;-) What prompted you to count the seeds?
Thank you for this video! It was both interesting and inspiring to hear about Dr. Weil's journey.
