I just started reading Dr. Weil's book and I must say that it's a great read through this whole healthcare debate issue. Even though Healthcare Reform is looking at ways to change our delivery system, it gives all of us a chance as healthcare professionals to change the way we provide healthcare. It's time for all of us to be our own patient advocates and preventive medicine is the key.
