How Medical Treatments Work

Many medical treatments work indirectly by unblocking and faciliating the body's own intrinsic ability to heal itself.

I found Dr. Weil's books at the public library a few months ago. His ideas have changed my life. Now a lacto-vegetarian myself, and feel much better. I have rheumatoid arthritis, which is better, part of which is due to the fact that I've lost about 14 pounds (not the goal, but it happened); my knees and feet are thanking me. I enjoy eating and breathing and thinking this way. Cannot walk as he recommends, but swimming and yoga do it for me. Thanks again, this will be a way of life.

Dr. Weil continues to make a difference in my life, every time I read one of his books, articles, view a DVD or even just a recipe. My health is improved just thinking about the joy I feel that our world is changing dramatically due to energy that doesn't conflict with healing, health, and nature. We all deserve to be living in a healing environment. Thank you Dr Weil for your contribution to making that happen.
