What are you views Dr. Weil about reflexology and how to educate the population
Thank you

Good information, thanks for posting that. I have bookmarked your site and will come back to see what else you have to say. Losing weight is so challenging for me that the more information I have the better: there are so many ideas and people to learn from. Looking forward to coming back and learning some more to help make a difference to my body weight. David

According to the Reflexology Association of Canada, reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part of the body. Through the application of pressure on particular areas of the hands or feet, reflexology is said to have benefits such as the relaxation of tension, improvement of circulation and promoting the natural function of the related area in the body, though there is some skepticism about such claims. Nonetheless, reflexology can release endorphins, and is pleasurable. Seek a reflexologist either through the International Institute of Reflexology or the Reflexology Association of America, or visit www.reflexology-research.com.
