Thanks Dr. Weill for posting another Yoga pose with it's many benefits. It's great to see the medical community recommending the original traditional therapies. I find that Downward Facing Dog does indeed help to relieve back pain. Sleeping Pigeon is another good Yoga asana which I've seen instantly relieve back pain - especially in the lower back. Perhaps you could write a post about that pose at some point?
