I like soy milk..since I keep Kosher..It goes with ALOT!!
I prefer raw organic cow milk, fresh from the farm! Milk from grass-fed cows has amazing properties, one of which is the presence of naturally produced antibiotics in solution. Another is the production of a beneficial fatty acid known as CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid.).
Whole milk tastes great on cereal. Foamed milk in my espresso. Almond milk is great too...
I'm with Lynn on this, raw milk is the only way to go!!
Organic should be one of the designated choices in this poll - you can't compare organic and non-organic milk and I would never drink non-organic, hence I voted other!
Unfortunately, all of the nut and grain "milks" I see in the store do have carrageenan in them. I make my own almond milk in my Vitamix blender, with coconut oil and stevia.
Raw organic cow milk STILL has hormones, it's impossible to drink cow's milk without consuming the hormones and you won't get near the nutritional benefit of hemp milk. Raw milk simply means, LESS hormones. Hemp milk = 0 hormones.
Hemp is rich in essential fatty acids and tastes delicious. It's a wonderful plant, and something we can sustain and use to feed our selves here in the US. Thank you for including hemp milk in your blog!
I prefer unsweetened coconut milk.
