Soy Milk Additives (Video)

Soy milk can be a healthy alternative to cow's milk for vegans and vegetarians, but as Dr. Weil suggests, it is important to read the labels before you buy. There is an additive called carrageenan in some brands of soy milk that has been shown to increase inflammation.
