Dr. Weil,
Though I love tomatoes so much, I have two questions I can't figure out. #1, fresh tomatoes taste great but why is it the minute I eat a cooked tomato or any kind of cooked tomato based sauce, ie: marinara, I get terrible acid reflux. #2, how do I keep my tomatoes from getting the dreaded tomato worms??

This is a great idea. My tomato plants are all over the place and falling over, I will use this idea next season.
I've been following Dr. Weil since the Spontaneous Healing. I got the opportunity to hear him speak at Canyon Ranch. He is a sane and reliable voice for both allopathic as alternative medicine. Thanks Dr. Weil!
