I don't really know if I have a weight problem, as I have weighed the same for many years. I have an organic, vegan wholefood diet, sort of a combination of the Mediterranean Diet and the Anti-inflammatory Diet, without any animal flesh. I also walk 4.5 miles 6 days a week, and lift weights 3 days a week. I would say that it is a combination of both diet and exercise that keeps my weight at a consistent 125 lbs.
